QUESTIONS about ordering leavers hoodies

 

What is your minimum order?

Our minimum order for the Leavers print is 20 pcs as this requires screen printing. We can, however, offer alternative options for less than this.

Can I choose any garment colour?

Yes, you can order any colour from the range on our website.  All of the colours are on the product pages.

What print colours do you offer?

Generally, we print black on light colours and white on dark colours. We can print other colours on request but this will have to remain the same on all garments.

What are your prices?

Prices are quoted to you by e-mail once you have made a quote request on our site. All prices include vat.

Can I print my own leavers hoodie design rather than the designs you offer?

Yes, if you have your own design then we can print this instead of one of our designs. We will need to see this first to check it is suitable to print.

What text can I have above or below the Leavers print?

We can print any text above or below the. For example on Leavers garments this is generally ‘LEAVERS’ or ‘CLASS OF’ but if you require something different just let us know. We can add any text to any print as long as it’s the same on all garments.

How long will they take to process?

You can expect delivery of your order 15-20 working days from receipt of payment, or official school purchase order.  This is an approximation and may vary depending on the size or complexity of the order. We will always try our best to accommodate your needs so if you have a specific delivery date please let us know.

Do you provide samples?

Yes, we can provide plain samples. We charge for samples that are sent, but this is refundable subject to the garments being returned to us in the same condition they are sent.

Do you provide a mock up/ artwork of the garment?

Prior to production, we will submit a visual/proof for you to approve. This will include the layout of the garment and the design for you to check.

What quality are your hoodies?

Our leavers hoodies are made of a cotton and polyester mix, which makes them soft, comfortable and long-lasting.  Each style of hoody is different and some include well-constructed features such as hanging loops, thumb holes, double fabric hoods and hidden earphone loops.

What sizes are available?

Each hoody style has a different range of sizes available.  For example, hoodies for kids come in sizes suitable for 3-year olds right up to 13-year olds, whilst those for secondary school and college students can range in size up to a 5XL in some styles.

Can you match the colours of our school logo if I provide the Pantone colour reference?

Yes, we have a fantastic range of colours available and are more than happy to help you to find the perfect colour fit for your school.  Please email any Pantone references that you have to us at [email protected] and we will come back to you with the options that best fit your individual requirements.
