SCREEN PRINTING LEAVERS HOODIES

We screen print all garments using our automatic carousel in house.  The Leavers design is exposed on a pre-emulsified screen, washed out, dried and then ready to print. The screen is clamped into the machine and then ink is pushed through the mesh of the screen with a Squeegee directly onto the garment which has been positioned on a board below.

EMBROIDERING THE SCHOOL CREST

Your school crest is produced using state of the art embroidery technology. The design is created by a program which transforms the design into stitches. The file is then loaded onto the embroidery machine, colours are programmed in and the logo is sewn onto the garment.

PERSONALISING YOUR LEAVERS HOODIE

The Hoodies are personalized by cutting the name from a Transfer film and then removing the excess to leave the name on a clear background. It is then applied to the garment using a heat transfer press. All standard colours are available as well as special effect materials such as glow in the dark and glitter.
